Terms & Conditions
All Baby and Me Designs items are made after you place your order.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to ship your items.
If you are needing your items prior to 3 weeks for a specific date or event
please contact us and we will do our best to get them to you by that time.
Rush Orders
If you need an item in under 3 weeks, please email us at
info@babyandmedesigns.com before you place the order. We need to make sure we can accommodate your request.
Items needed for less than 5 days from the ordering date may incure a 10% rush fee.
Returns
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unhappy with a purchase
please contact us within 2 days of receiving your item.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on monogrammed items,
unless there is an error on our part.
Please be sure to review your online order for any errors in colors, spelling, or sizing before making your purchase.
Payment Methods We accept credit cards via Pay Pal, personal check, or cash upon
pickup from our in home studio.
